Finance Assistant
- Part time position
- Flexible hours – 24 hours per week Monday, Thursday & Friday (9am – 5pm)
- Minimum wage £10.42 per hour which raises to £11.44 per hour in April
- 6-month probationary period with monthly reviews

Musgrove Willows has been growing and supplying willow and bespoke willow products for almost 100 years and for the past decade have been an industry leader in supplying bespoke willow coffins to funeral directors and their families. Product sales are at record levels and our weavers are among the best in the business. We are now looking for an experienced finance assistant to join our award-winning family business.
This role focuses on working alongside our Finance Manager, supporting with purchase ledger, credit control and processing customer credit account applications. You will also be comfortable answering telephone calls, filing and using your own initiative in a fast paced environment.
Requirements:
- Experience with Sage 50 Accounts
- Accuracy and attention to detail essential
- Work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good team player
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Our Company:
Musgrove Willows is based in Westonzoyland, Somerset, where we grow more than 60 different varieties of willow on 200 acres of Somerset farmland. Our willow is shipped all over the world, supplying basket makers, educational establishments and sculptors with our high quality product and on-site we hold willow weaving courses, throughout the year. Our coffins have passed rigorous testing for weight, strength, and environmental impact and are suitable for burial or cremation, and we are accredited by the Funeral Furnishing Manufacturer’s Association.
