Sharpening Kit

Product description

A handy sharpening kit in storage bag suitable for a range of basketry tools. Used to sharpen curved or straight blades such as:

• secateurs
• hook knives
• straight knives
• shop knives
• pricking knives
• pocketknives
• side cutters

Kit contains:

• rubber bands for holding sharpening papers and leather strop material
• round wooden dowel x 2 (1 for sharpening paper, 1 for leather)
• square section dowel  x 2 (1 for sharpening paper, 1 for leather)
• sharpening papers (2 grits) for both dowel and square section
• stropping leather for both dowel and square section
• tin with sharpening compound for use with leather
• permanent marker for highlighting bevel edge

The tools and sharpening equipment supplied in this kit are capable of producing extremely sharp edges. Please use with care and follow safe working practices at all times.
