  • oval bases- weave, control and spacing for different-sized ovals
  • designing oval bases for different-sized baskets

All our courses are supported with after-class notes, videos, help/advice sheets and blog content to help you continue your weaving journey.

Please note:

  • this course is physically demanding, and you need a good degree of manual dexterity
  • you will need to understand basic willow terminology and have made a number of round baskets independently in order to be at the correct level for this course
  • we will not be making a full basket, you will be concentrating on designing and making oval bases

  • Notebook and pen, if you wish to make notes.
  • Old clothes, covered, flat shoes (no sandals or open toes).
