This one-day course will introduce you to the art of basketry. By the end of the workshop, you'll have created a charming foraging basket made from beautiful, natural willow and incorporating basic traditional, contemporary weave (waling, French randing, zig-zag weave or rope weave).
This workshop is suitable for beginners or people who have done some basketry before.
Please note you need a good level of manual dexterity in your fingers.

What do I need to bring?
Glasses (if you need them for close-up work).
Notebook and pen if you wish to make notes, but e-notes and links will be sent after the workshop.
Old clothes, covered, flat shoes (no sandals or open toes), something to tie hair back with (if needed).
