How to Order
To buy an item you must first add it to your shopping basket, to do this simply click on the "Add to Basket" button alongside the item you wish to buy. If you require a quantity other than 1 you should also enter this before clicking on the button.
Your shopping basket is displayed each time you add an item or can be displayed at any time by clicking on the "Your Basket" link. To remove an item from your basket simply enter a quantity of 0 and click on the "Update Basket" button.
Once you have added all of the items you wish to purchase to your basket you should proceed to our secure checkout by clicking on the "Proceed to Checkout" button within your basket or by clicking on the "Checkout" link.
You must now decide how you will pay for your order. Secure on-line payment by credit or debit card is available via RBS WorldPay or PayPal, alternative methods are available for those who do not have a credit or debit card or who do not wish to pay on-line. From this point on simply follow the on-screen instructions associated with each payment method.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current applicable UK rate where appropriate.
We will not accept any liability for any charges levied by your bank/card issuer whatsoever irrespective of your chosen payment method.
Items are available for delivery to all UK addresses as defined below - please contact us if outside this area.
We aim to despatch all orders within 7-10 working days (unless otherwise indicated) - please contact us if you require urgent despatch. We will inform you by e-mail once your order has been despatched and you should then receive it within 24-48 hours. If there is a problem with your order then we will telephone you.
Unless otherwise advised items are sent via TNT and will need to be signed for. If you are not going to be in then you can leave signed instructions for the driver with alternative arrangements (e.g. leave in garage), or you can contact TNT on 0800 100 600 quoting your consignment number which we will provide you with when confirming despatch. Unfortunately failure to do either of these will incur additional re-delivery charges.
Delivery is included in many of our prices and this is clearly stated against each applicable item. All other items are charged by weight in accordance with the tables below:
Please note the following definitions:
If your order only contains books and/or tools and is under 3kg then the following charges apply:
- your order will be sent by first class recorded delivery to ensure it reaches its destination safely. Please note we are unable to pass special instructions (e.g. leave with neighbour) onto Royal Mail/Pacelforce and if you are not in your order will be returned to the sorting office.
The shopping basket automatically calculates and displays the amount of postage you will pay each time you add an item to it but you must select the area in which you live.
Course Cancellations & Refund Policy
Please inform as soon as you know you are unable to attend.
If a cancellation is made 28 days or more before the course start date then a full refund will be given.
If a cancellation is made between 28 days and 14 days before the course start date and we are able to allocate your place to another student, then a 50% refund will be given.
If a cancellation is made less than 14 days before the course start date then no refund will be given.
If you change your mind please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
We hope that you will be happy with your purchases, however you may return items in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will either exchange them or refund you. Living willow items (including domes and tunnels) cannot be returned unless they are damaged or if we have made a mistake.
Please note that we are unable to refund postage costs unless the items are damaged or if we have made a mistake - if delivery was included in the price of the item then we reserve the right to deduct postage costs from the refund. For your own protection, you should ensure the items are adequately insured while in transit.
